American telecommunications giant Verizon Communications Inc. has declared a quarterly dividend of 64 cents per outstanding share.

The latest quarterly dividend is consistent with the previous three quarters and is payable on August 1, 2022, to shareholders on record at the close of business on July 8, 2022.
Chief Executive Officer Hans Vestberg reiterated the company’s commitment to delivering value to its shareholders with its network-as-a-service foundation and its execution on all five vectors of growth.
Verizon paid out $10.4-billion worth of cash dividend payments in the past year, with some 4.198 billion shares of outstanding common stock.
