Trio Petroleum is pleased to announce the restart of its McCool Ranch, marking a significant milestone after its latest acquisition. The Bakersfield-based oil and gas company proudly states that the progress of the ranch’s restart is proceeding remarkably well.
In October, Trio Petroleum obtained a substantial 22% working interest in McCool Ranch primarily through commitment expenditures. The company has since taken proactive measures to refurbish and test the water disposal well at the field carefully. Additionally, extensive testing and repairs of equipment and facilities are well-advanced and progressing favorably.
While there was initial concern over the boiler at the field potentially requiring expensive repairs, Trio Petroleum managed to address the issue at minimal cost. As a result, the boiler is now fully operational, running appropriately and efficiently.
Trio Petroleum firmly believes that the current oil prices, coupled with other favorable factors such as approved permits, present an ideal opportunity to revive the ranch. With these developments, the field will soon become a crucial source of cash flow for the company.
