Luna 2.0 tokens were trading at $8.18 on Tuesday with a self-reported circulating supply of 210 million, giving it a market capitalization of $1.8B.
The token was unveiled on a new blockchain referred to as Terra 2 after the de-pegging of algorithmic stablecoin TerraUSD (UST).
The investors that held UST or Luna before the depeg and those who bought either asset after the depeg were awarded the new token with different distribution levels.
The old Luna token, which is now trading at $0.0002, has been re-branded to Luna Classic (LUNC). The new token is part of the revival plan of Terra.
