Canadian e-commerce giant Shopify Inc. has teamed up with Crypto.com to allow customers to settle accounts with digital tokens.

SHOP is up 13.10%, while BTC is up 4.84%.
Under the partnership, merchants on Shopify are enabled to utilize Crypto.com Pay on their storefronts, giving customers the capacity to make transactions with cryptocurrencies.
Crypto.com will waive the 0.5% settlement fee on all transactions for a month after integrating, with the promotion taking effect for all Shopify merchants who sign up for the website until the end of June.
Crypto.com Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer Kris Marszalek said providing customers and merchants access to cryptocurrencies is a “priority” for the firm and boost adoption across the globe.
Shopify Lead of Blockchain Ecosystem John Lee said the expansion demonstrates its commitment to supporting merchants with alternative payment methods and expands the commerce possibilities.
