Luna Foundation Guard Adds More BTC as Reserves Surpass $2B


Luna Foundation Guard has purchased an additional $100 million in Bitcoin to its wallet to bring the total BTC held by the entity to 42,410 and $2.26 billion in reserves.

The entity now has $1.7 billion in BTC, $549.84 million in USD-denominated stablecoins, and $14.74 million in LUNA.

Terra Labs CEO Do Kwon recently revealed that the developer is looking to purchase $10 billion in the primary digital asset to make it the second-largest bitcoin wallet after Binance’s Cold wallet.

Bitcoin has remained stable at a price level of $40,115 during the Asia trading hours but remains in a bearish momentum amid macroeconomic factors and anticipated interest rate hike by the Federal reserve.
