Eurozone unemployment rate has dropped to its lowest level since the COVID-19 virus struck the region in 2020.

The eurozone jobless rate fell to 7.3% in October, down from 7.4% in September, and the lowest level since the spring of 2020.
Eurostat anticipates that the Eurozone unemployment has decreased by more than 1.5 million starting October 2020, when the jobless rate was higher at 8.4%.
The youth unemployment rate also declined in October to 15.9% from 16% a prior month.
In October 2021, the unemployment for women was 7.0% in the EU, down from 7.1% in September 2021.
Among men, the unemployment rate in the EU was 6.4% in October 2021, down from 6.5% in September 2021.
In the Eurozone, the unemployment rate fell from 7.8% in September to 7.7% in October 2021, as the unemployment rate for men remained unchanged at 7.0%.
