Top Losers
Among the Stoxx Europe 600 constituents, Viaplay Group AB Series B saw the largest drop on Friday, with shares plunging 16.7%.
Health care and life sciences firms MorphoSys AG and Corbion N.V. also saw significant declines, with shares falling 11.7% and 10.4% respectively.
Business services provider Atos SE and health care company Idorsia Ltd. rounded out the top five largest decreases, as their stocks declined 7.7% and 7.4% respectively.
Top Gainers
On the other hand, business services company Teleperformance SE saw the largest increase among the Stoxx Europe 600 constituents, with shares rising by 8.6% on Friday.
Agriculture firm Mowi ASA and technology company ams-OSRAM AG also experienced gains, with shares increasing by 3.7% and 3.3% respectively.
Investing and securities company EQT AB and technology company Allegro.eu S.A. rounded out the top five largest increases, with their stocks adding 3.1% and 3.0% respectively.
Currency and Commodity Movements
The pound (GBPUSD) was down 0.25% against the dollar, while the euro (EURUSD) was up 0.12%.
Brent crude (UK:BRN00) declined by 0.57% to $78.65.
Bond Yields
The yield on the 10-year gilt (BX:TMBMKGB-10Y) declined by 0.31 basis points to 3.934%, and the yield on German 10-year bund (BX:TMBMKDE-10Y) declined by 0.420 basis points to 2.35%.
