German developer of workforce management software, Atoss Software, announced on Monday that it has raised its full-year forecast for 2021 due to higher revenue growth in the first half. The company now expects to achieve a revenue of at least €142 million ($159.4 million), up from the previous estimate of €135 million. Additionally, the earnings before interest and taxes (EBIT) margin is projected to be around 30%, an increase from the earlier prediction of at least 27%.
During the first half of the year, Atoss Software experienced a substantial surge in revenue. It reached approximately €73 million, compared to €53.6 million in the previous year. This growth can be attributed primarily to the success of the software division within the company. Moreover, the expected EBIT margin in this period is around 33%.
To better reflect its international focus, Atoss Software intends to transform its legal structure into a European stock corporation, known as an SE.
Despite these positive developments, the medium-term forecast until 2025 remains unchanged. Atoss Software still anticipates revenue of €160 million in 2024 and €190 million in 2025, accompanied by a margin of more than 30% in 2025.
