Arbor Realty Trust, a real estate investment trust, has announced its second-quarter earnings results, surpassing expectations. The company’s shares have increased by 7% to reach $17.27. Furthermore, the stock reached its highest point in the past 52 weeks at $17.74. Over the last year, the stock has experienced a 6% increase.
Strong Financial Performance
For the second quarter, Arbor Realty Trust recorded earnings of $76.2 million, equivalent to 41 cents per share. In comparison, the company reported earnings of $69.9 million, or 41 cents per share, during the same period last year. Analysts surveyed by FactSet had projected earnings of $68 million, or 35 cents per share.
Quarterly Dividend Increase
In addition to reporting strong financial results, Arbor Realty Trust has raised its quarterly dividend by one cent per share, bringing it to a total of 43 cents. This increase follows a previous dividend raise in May, from 40 cents to 42 cents. The new quarterly dividend represents an annual dividend of $1.72 per share.
